Training Films
B2B Film staff have first hand knowledge of both Corporate Agencies and State Government.  This gives the company a unique insight into how to translate legislation, policy and procedure into informative, high impact and maximum retention training films.  Our films follow industry formulae.  We provide a presenter component where information is imparted in a personable manner.  Key points are reinforced with dot points and video footage.  We film accurate re-enactments to demonstrate the expected behaviour.  Statistics indicate that a person will retain more information if it is provided in a visual format.  Our re-enactments are always realistic, entertaining and based upon company and policy expectations.

We also incorporate a team discussion component and questionnaire to evidence learning has taken place and been effective.  We can provide the training films in any format from DVD to internet upload.

Training Hubs
Should rolling out of the training films be a logistical issue, B2B Films can create a training hub and host the commissioned films.  Our state of the art Hubs, allow for up to 500 staff to access the training via the internet at any given time.  Staff can log on to the hub using their own unique password and user name and complete required training.  When staff are confident, they can then take an online questionnaire to evidence that training has occurred.  A results report is then provided back to the agency for human resources records.  The results reports evidences that the company is meeting its training requirements and can also be used as a performance management tool.

Incident Investigator Courses

The two and a half day workshop is a comprehensive journey through the world of television, location and studio.  With interactive activities and guest presenters, this course is designed to provide participants the maximum insight into industry standards, plus provide a new found confidence whether it is in front of a camera or an executive team.  Places are limited to ensure maximum participation.  Courses run monthly and can be tailor made to suit group requirements.

Media Frenzy
No comment is no longer acceptable in the world of the media.  This one day course gives you a real insight into how the press work and gives you the skills to know how and when to deal with adverse publicity.  This course is fully interactive, re creating real life scenarios that put the participants under the same pressure they would be faced with in the real world.  This course is not for the light hearted but is course is essential for anyone who may need to be put in front of the media.
