	Amanda Nella - Managing Director After obtaining a graduate diploma from Trinity College United Kingdom in Speech and Elocution, Amanda entered the world of theatre as an actor, appearing in a number of successful productions. She then diversified into the field of Lighting and Design graduating from WAPA. Amanda worked consistently in live theatre and concert productions for a number of years in a variety of roles. After a career change in 2001 she began a career in State Government as an Investigator. It was here that she discovered a talent for interpreting and applying complex legislation, best practices, rules and regulations. An idea to marry her skills together was the brain child behind B2B Films and Training Solutions. These skills are instrumental when B2B Films is commissioned to create specialised training videos for State Government and Corporate agencies. Her accreditations are Diploma in Government, Diploma in Business, Diploma in Stage and Design. Diploma in Computer Programming, Diploma in Elocution. She also holds Certificates in: Certificate IV – Statutory Investigation and Enforcement, Certificate in Risk Management, Scientific Content Analysis, Cognitive Interviewing, Computer Forensics, Windows Administrator, Facial Misconception, Policy Writing, Principal Investigator with the Public Service, and Foundations of Leadership Course. In 2007, Amanda opened what is now the largest, fully equipped independently owned green screen studios in Perth. Under her tutelage and personal guidance, the company has been responsible for supplying music videos, documentaries, instructional videos, advertisements real estate and show reels to name but a few achievements. Nina Hobson - Creative Director/Training Consultant After a long and distinguished career as a Detective with the British Police Force, Nina transferred her investigative skills to the media. She took her career further into investigative journalism both behind and in front of the camera. Prior to her arrival in Australia, Nina hosted a number of prime time shows for ITV, BBC and Channel 4. Her achievements include prime time shows such as Undercover Cop, Dispatches and Undercover Mum. Nina has instigaged and facilitated a number of training courses in a wide variety of subjects. Using skills she has gained in both genres of her career she has the ability to create and deliver interesting, unique and informative training solutions. Her expeience brings a wealth of expertise to this role. She can evolve a concept into reality by the most effective applications.
